The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 22.06.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is complying the condition without fail.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13992 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required instead of every Saturday at 6.30 p.m.
