This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14855 of 2023 on 05.07.2023 that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is not able to find surety for executing a bond of Rs.25,000/-. Thus, he seeks to modify this condition.

3. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore. To execute the same, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified.
