The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider his representation dated 11.07.2024 seeking issuance of patta in respect of property situated in Survey No. 42/3 and 42/4 D1 at Perumpukai village, Gingee taluk, Villupuram district.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted an online application seeking sub-division and transfer of patta on 04.07.2024 and the same has not been considered till date.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the online application of the petitioner dated 04.07.2024 will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 04.07.2024 seeking sub-division and transfer of patta and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
