ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modification of the conditions imposed in para No.7 by this Court dated 12.06.2025 in Crl.R.C.No.731 of 2025.

2. It is seen that, this Court on 12.06.2025 has allowed the Crl.R.C.No.731 of 2025 also ordered return of cash on condition that " the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed stands in the name of the petitioner or in the name of his friends or relatives ( not less than Rs.5,00,000/-) along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned to the credit of the Crime No.370 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirupathur, Tirupathur District, forthwith. Now the petitioner seeks for modification of the said conditions.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.

4. This Court finds no reason to modify the said condition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
