Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition petitioners shall directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.11069 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2021 order dated 29/10/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2021 on 04.03.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on second week of every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
