Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent University to grant 0.5 grace marks in the subject microbiology and 2.5 grace marks in the subject pharmacology as declare the petitioner having Regn.No.52108648 as pass in the second year MBBS examination held during February 2013 within a time to be fixed by this Court.
