This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8707 of in Crl.O.P.No.5023 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8707 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5023 of 2023 dated 27.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month until further orders.
