vga 3.Without going into the said contentions and without prejudice to the rights of the respondents with regard to those contentions, this Court is inclined to allow this application as prayed for. 4.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons given by the applicant for seeking extension for the Arbitral Tribunal to pronounce an Arbitral Award.
5.For the foregoing reasons, this application is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights of the respondents to raise objections before the Arbitral Tribunal with regard to the contentions raised by the applicant against the respondents in this application. The Arbitral Tribunal is directed to complete the Arbitration and pronounce an Arbitral Award on or before 28.02.2024.
