This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 26.07.2023 submitted pursuant to the intimation of the 2nd respondent dated 09.01.2023 to the post of Part time Lecturers under the Architecture and Sculpture.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 26.07.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
