CRP No.2993 of 2022 C.R.P.No.2993 of 2022 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN J, This Court vide order dated 22.09.2022 has directed III Additional Subordinate Court, Kanchipuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.50 of 2012, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Kanchipuram has now sought for extension of three months time by letter dated 01.08.2023 to dispose of the case stating that the issues were framed on 25.07.2023 and posted or trial on 05.08.2023. The defendant filed counter claim petition along with the original suit.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose of the case.
