O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to admit and allow the petitioner to continue his 2nd year in B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture along with present 2nd year batch.
2. Mr.LSM.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2nd respondent, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.
4. The case of the petitioner is that he got admission in B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture in the 2nd respondent college for the academic year 2020-2024 through Industrial sponsorship quota and when he was about to start his 2nd year, he developed some skin allergy and left the college for Ayurvedic treatment on proper permission during the month of July 2022. After getting cured, when the petitioner approached the 2nd respondent college to allowed Page No.2 of 5
him to continue his 2nd year, the 2nd respondent did not allow him to continue his study, unless he pays the semester fees. Thereby, the petitioner gave a representation dated 30.07.2024 to the respondents, seeking to permit him to continue the course, however, the same was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ petition.

Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders permitting the petitioner to continue his 2nd year in B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture along with present 2nd year batch.
6. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent fairly submitted that, appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.
7. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs Page No.3 of 5
respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and aggrieved persons if any.
8. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
