ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.160 of 2025 on the file of the respondent, dated 24.03.2025 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR in Crime No.160 of 2025 was registered on 24.03.2025 for "woman missing" and till date, the respondent police has not filed the final report. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
