Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner viz. he should report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy, every week on Monday at 10.30 a.m by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.6470/2019 in C.A.No.261/2019 dated 08.05.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.PADMANABHAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.RAMAR Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court, by an order dated 08.05.2019 in Crl.MP.No.6470 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.261 of 2019 has suspended the sentence and released the petitioner on bail on various conditions, one of which is that he should report before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The present Crl.MP.No.12337 of 2019 has been filed for relaxing the aforesaid conditions.

3. Heard Mr.A.Padmanabhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Ramar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent - State.

4. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the order till date.

5. In view of the above, the aforesaid condition is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the revision petition and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
