This petition is filed to condone the delay of 328 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.P.Anandakumar, learned Government Advocate for the petitioners and Mr.N.Subramaniyan, learned counsel for respondent 1. Despite notice having been served, none appears for respondents 2 and 3.

The delay is 328 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 328 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
