ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the proceedings in Letter No.AEE/O & M/VPY/F-CC/50 dated 24.05.2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction and to consequently direct the respondents to transfer the service connections standing in the name of the erstwhile tenants M/s.HCL Technologies Ltd. to the name of Lodd Ramgopal HUF and for consequential orders.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the very same impugned demand, already the petitioner's erstwhile tenant viz., HCL has filed a complaint before the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) and the same is pending. Hence, he submitted that the petitioner may be directed to approach the CGRF to work out his remedy.

3. In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may permit the petitioner to approach the CGRF to work out the remedy in the manner known to law, as against the impugned demand.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
