ORDER
Mr.R.U.Dinesh Raj Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the 1 st respondent. Mr.A.N.R.Jayaprathap, learned Standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the 2 nd respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 in
accordance with law and direct the second respondent to include the name of petitioner's second wife namely Ambika in petitioner's Family pension records in PPO No.R0435293 maintained by the second respondent and remove the name of Padmavathy in the petitioner's Pension Register and permit petitioner wife Ambika, D/o.Pangaru to receive family pension and other benefits to secure the ends of justice.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1 st respondent would submit that the 1 st respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025, and that a reply has been sent to the petitioner on 14.05.2025, vide communication in Na.Ka.No.J1/E.1031698/2025 informing him that his representation has been considered and that 1 st respondent has sought for certain particulars from him. However, the said particulars have not been furnished by the petitioner so far.
4.Heard both sides and perused the materials on record.
5.From the perusal of the records, it is seen that the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 has been duly considered by the 1 st respondent and a reply has been sent on 14.05.2025. In such circumstances, no further orders are required from this Court.
6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to furnish those documents to the respondent and proceed further in accordance with law. No costs.
