This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the first petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2019 forwarded by the third respondent in Na.Ka.C-1/ 16073/ 2008 dated 05.09.2019.

Heard Mr.M.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 6. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 19.08.2019 forwarded by the third respondent by the communication dated 05.09.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the respondents 7 and 8 and after giving them an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
