This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai, Ariyalur to expedite the Trial in C.C.No.1 of 2021 in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai, Ariyalur to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.1 of 2021 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
