On a perusal of the petition and the counter affidavit, it is seen that various civil suits are pending between the parties concerned in respect of the property in issue. In such view of the matter, the parties are directed to approach the Civil forum for appropriate reliefs. 2. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
