Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, to call for the entire records relating to the detention in TPDA No.5440 and C.M.P.No.28/GOONDA/C2/2019 dated 01.08.2019 passed by the second respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband T.Dhanraj, S/o.Thandavarayan, aged about 55 years the detenu, presently confined in Central Prison, Salem before this Court and thereafter set the petitioner's husband T.Dhanraj, S/o.Thandavarayan, aged about 55 years the detenu herein at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in TPDA No.5440 and C.M.P.No.28/GOONDA/C2/2019 dated 01.08.2019 detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.3633 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 23.09.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
