These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 177 days in filing the application to set aside the order dismissing the second appeal for default dated 25.01.2019 made in S.A.No.1084 of 2003, to set aside the order of dismissal passed on 25.01.2019 in S.A.No. 1084 of 2003, to condone the delay of 2571 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in S.A.No. 1084 of 2003, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and to bring on record the proposed 6th respondent as the legal heir of the deceased 2nd respondent.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, these petitions are allowed, condoned the delay of 177 days in filing the petition to set aside the order dismissing the second appeal for default dated 25.01.2019 made in S.A.No.1084/2003 and the same is restored, condoned the delay of 2571 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement http://www.judis.nic.in 1/2
