This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to C.A.No.276 of 2019 on the file of the Hon'ble III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore and set aside the order dated 11.03.2022 confirming the conviction of the revision petitioner in CC.No.412 of 2017 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate, Sulur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would submit that the petitioner died on 17.03.2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent, on instructions, confirms the said fact and has also produced the copy of the death certificate.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Revision stands dismissed as abated.
