The Miscellaneous Petition have been filed to modify the condition No.5(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17068 of 2024 vide order dated 22.07.2024 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) to the credit of Advocate Clerk Association, Vellore District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and for extension of time to surrender before the Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is a Coolie, he could not mobilize the said amount and comply with the order of this Court. Hence, he seeks for modification of the said condition and extension of time to surrender and execute the sureties. 3.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in respect of deposit amount to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of Advocate Clerk Association, Vellore District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below.

4. Further, the time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender and execute the sureties as directed by this Court.
