PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records in Hearing Notice dated 27.06.2013, issued by first respondent in connection with Case No.CIC/SM/A/2011/1293, and complaint dated 23.01.2010, filed by second respondent under Section 18 of the Right to Information Act before the First respondent/Central Information Commission and quash the same as illegal, without jurisdiction and non-est in law.
