The plaintiffs filed this application to grant leave to file the present suit.

2. According to the plaintiffs, the 1 st plaintiff is the Trust and the 2 nd and rd plaintiffs are the Trustees of the Trust. The plaintiffs filed the main suit for the relief of permitting the 1 st plaintiff trust to sell the schedule mentioned property and to utilise the sale proceeds for the benefit of the Trust. Therefore, the plaintiffs filed this application to grant leave to file the present suit.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Leave is granted.
