Heard Mr. P.Sesubalan Raja, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent, Mr. R.Neethi Perumal, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Second Respondent and Mr. K.A.Mariappan, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider representation dated 21.06.2022 made by the Petitioner and to appoint an official in the place of the Third Respondent enabling the Petitioner to handle the bank accounts of the Muttanchetty Panchayath and to discharge function as the President of the said village panchayat. 3.

It has been brought to notice that the First Respondent by Order in Na. Ka. No. VooNi3/2342/2020 dated 30.11.2022 has disposed the said representation made by the Petitioner. In such circumstances, nothing remains for consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, 2/4

if she has any further grievance, from working out her rights before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
