This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 110 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the judgment in C.A.No.276 of 2019, dated 11.03.2022 passed by the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 110 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned and the petition is allowed.
