This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2023 and not to harass the petitioner.

3. A status report has been filed by respondents 4 and 5. This Court 2/4

carefully went through the status report.

4. In view of the reason assigned in the status report, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and it is seen that the respondents are proceeding in accordance with law.

In view of the above development, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
