Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to declare the petitioner as successfully passed the NET held on 24.06.2012 on the basis of the minimum marks prescribed for paper I, paper II and paper III, in the notification issued by the first respondent in April 2012 without considering the higher percentage of aggregate of all the three papers which was published on 19.09.2012, after declaring the results.

When the case was taken up for hearing on 15.02.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner.
