O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner by the Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri while allowing the bail petition in Crl.MP.No.1040 of 2021 dated 22.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court below while enlarging the petitioner on bail on 22.09.2021 in Crl.MP.No.1040 of 2021 had imposed certain conditions and one of such conditions was that the petitioner has to execute a bond

for Rs.6,00,000/- with two sureties for a like sum of each to the satisfaction of the above said Judicial Magistrate.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner was not able to mobilize funds due to the pandemic situation and seeks for modification of the above said condition.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he has no objection for modifying the said condition.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Paragraph No.2 shall stand modified as follows:

" The petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- instead of Rs.6,00,000/- with two sureties as stated by the Court below".

6. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by the Court below in Crl.MP.No.1040 of 2021 on 22.09.2021, shall remain unaltered.

7. Time granted by the Court below in the Order passed in Crl.MP.No.1040 of 2021 dated 22.09.2021 is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the purpose of complying the order.

8. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
