ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of HMOP.No.276 of 2024 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pollachi, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has a 2 1⁄2 year old child and finds it difficult to travel from Tiruppur to Pollachi, is more than 60 kms. Further she is residing in her parents' house along with her child and has no independent source of livelihood. Hence, she seeks transfer of the case to the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer.

4. Accordingly, HMOP.276 of 2024 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pollachi, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram.

5. The Subordinate Court, Pollachi, is directed to transmit the case records to the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Upon receipt of the records, the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram, shall issue notice to all the respondents and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the case records.

7. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 05-06-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes rri
