Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, the name of the Court, where the case is to be transfered was wrongly mentioned in Paragraph No.7. Hence, paragraph No.7 of the order dated 06.10.2023 is to be replaced as follows:

"7. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and that she has to travel almost 200 kms for every hearing, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer for transfer of the case from the Additional Family Court , Coimbatore to the Family Court, Madurai is based on just and proper reasons."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above extracted new paragraph No.7 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

4. In other respects, the order dated 06.10.2023 shall remain unaltered.
