O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.12 of 2014 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent authority, since the police authorities are not taking any proper action. 2.On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the entire enquiry has been completed and the charge sheet is also ready to be filed before the Magistrate concerned.

3.Recording the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet relating to Crime No.12 of 2014, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the concerned Magistrate. On such filing, the concerned Magistrate shall take the same on record and initiate further proceedings in accordance with law. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
