(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner, a resident of Layout No.V of Sri Sankara Nagar Layout, Pammal, prays that the open space land, as O.S.R. Land, ought to be utilised for community hall and reading room purposes. This is a matter in the administrative discretion of the second respondent depending on budget availability and the requirement / usurp of the land and may be so examined. 2.Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2013 are closed.
