This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned V Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai as ordered by this Court vide order dated 02.09.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21157 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and to file a petition to recall NBW, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
