This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.539 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent to some other investigation Agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the case in Crime No.539 of 2016 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 30.01.2017 and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.13 of 2017 was also served.
