ORDER

The petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent under Section 122(1)(b) r/w. 117 Cr.P.C. detaining the petitioner till 25.09.2022, filed the present revision petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, the petition becomes infructuous for the reason that the petitioner's detention period was for the period from 27.09.2021 to 26.09.2022 and the said detention period is already over. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
