ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent and their subordinates not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was already conducted in Crime No.16 of 2024 and the petitioner also appeared and gave her explanation and subsequently, the respondent police filed the final report on 02.01.2025. While being so, after a period of 5 months from the date of charge sheet, the second respondent police again and again summoning the petitioner and that the petitioner is also receiving threatening calls from the second respondent police station and third respondent. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that after completion of investigation it was found that the petitioner is also involved in this case. Hence, in order to 2/5

enquiry, summon was served, but the petitioner did not respond to the same.

4. It is seen that only on suspicion, in order to enquire, the petitioner has been summoned, but without responding to the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry/investigation. 16.07.2025 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ksa-2 3/5
