O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2015 from the third respondent to the second respondent to expedite the investigation to secure the ends of justice.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that since the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2015 is pending for the past two years, he seeks for transfer of the investigation from the third respondent to the second respondent.

3. When the matter is called today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that specific time limit may be fixed by this Court to complete the investigation.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there will be a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the investigation shall be monitored by the second respondent.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
