ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.) Challenge in the writ appeal is made to the order of learned Single Judge dated 10.06.2021 recorded on W.P.No.11853 of 2021.
2. While this appeal is pending at Registration Stage, an application being C.M.P.No.20821 of 2021 is filed seeking amendment in the cause title. It was enquired from learned advocate for the appellant, as to what is under challenge in the main appeal. To this, he responded that he is not aggrieved by the order of learned Single Judge. Since this would go to the very root of the matter, it is again ascertained from him as to he is aggrieved by which order. To that, it is again asserted by him that the appellant is not aggrieved by any order.
Under these circumstances, there is no point in keeping this appeal pending even at SR stage. Therefore, the Registry is directed not to register that appeal since it is being rejected there being no cause of action for the appellant.
