Learned counsel for the petitioner would aver that on account of accident, the petitioner suffered amputation of leg and she finds it difficult to meet her counsel to give instructions and also due to financial constraints a delay of 357 days occurred in preferring the above C.M.A.

2.Mr.M.Murali Vinoth, learned counsel takes notice for the sole respondent and expressed that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands ordered. The petitioner is waived from paying the interest for the delay period of 357 days.
