Heard Ms.Jayna Kothari, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in W.M.P.No.23909 of 2023 and M/s.R.Kanmani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in W.M.P.No.23897 of 2023.

2. This Court is convinced with the grounds raised in the affidavit filed in support of the Petitions. The presence of these petitioners will help this Court in properly understanding the concerns expressed by the Transgender and inter-sex community qua the policy, that is going to be brought out by the State Government.

Hence, both the Petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
