This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in ZO:SAMD dated 09.03.2007 quash the same and direct the respondents to receive a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in full quit of the loan. 2.There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearings on 28.06.2018 as well as on 06.07.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption of "For Dismissal" on 12.07.2018. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
