ORDER

Heard Ms.C.N.G.Ezhilarasi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Navaneetham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to directing the 3rd respondent to initiate necessary steps pursuant to the directions/instructions of the 2nd respondent in his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

communication No.54587/U1/2012 dated 30.04.2013. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending this writ petition, the petitioner was called for an inquiry by the second respondent. Therefore, the department has initiated the proceedings.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader would submits that the complaint of the petitioner will be looked in accordance with law.

5.Therefore, in view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
