This application is filed to condone the delay of 805 days in submitting the claim in Form - 66 of the Companies (Court) Rules,1959 before the Official Liquidator, Madras High Court in respect of the company in liquidation. In support of the application, the applicant has set out the circumstances under which the delay occurred in paragraph 5 and 6 of the said affidavit. 2.The company in liquidation is represented by the Deputy Official Liquidator. He submits that the adjudication process is underway. 3.Upon considering the submissions of the applicant and on examining the affidavit, the applicant has made out sufficient cause to condone the delay. Consequently, Comp.A.No.303 of 2021 is allowed subject to the condition that the applicant shall file the claim in Form - 66 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
