The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the First and Second Respondents to permit the Petitioner and his community people to participate and conduct Temple festival to be held on 21.08.2019 to 23.08.2019 based on the representation dated 16.08.2019 made by the Petitioner. 2.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Fourth Respondents, on instructions, submits that the festival to be held on 21.08.2019 to 23.08.2019 and the Writ Petition has been only moved today when nothing could be done at this belated stage.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
