JUDGMENT

When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company submitted that the matter has been settled at Lok Adalat, Coimbatore on 09.12.2022 and submitted a copy of the settlement, before this Court. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

Recording the copy of the settlement dated 09.12.2022 and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant / Insurance Company, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
