ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.167 of 2013 from the file of the first respondent to the file of the second respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would contend that the investigation in Crime No.167 of 2013 is already concluded and a final report in C.C.No.300 of 2015 is filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Avinashi.
