Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner for fencing and surveying the petitioner's patta land in Survey No.1039/2D in Patta No.804 at Alepuram, Poothipatti Gramam, Pennagaram, Dharmapuri based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2023 within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection in order to fence and to conduct the survey in the subject property.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was done in C.No.SP G3/5065/2023. During the enquriy, the petitioner was informed that as and when the survey is conducted by the concerned authority, a request can be made and that the police protection will be given to the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
