ORDER

This petitioner herein seeking a direction to the V Additional District Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.90 of 2017 within a stipulated time.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision even without issuing notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein filed a suit for partition and separate possession against the first respondent and pending suit, he filed an application for impleading her mother namely, Kothainayaki as a second defendant in the suit. The said application was filed on 30.07.2021 and the proposed party also entered appearance on 25.11.2021. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the matter. 2/4

4. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.90 of 2017 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
